Do you rent to individual ?

Yes we do rent out products to individual.

Why is short term rental expensive as compared to long term rental ?

With any rental, whether its for a day, a week, a month or more we have a fixed overhead cost for getting the equipment prepared, raising paperwork, dispatching, invoicing and checking equipment on return. With a short term rental these costs are spread over a very short period, on a long term rental these are over a far longer period.

If a competitor is offering you short term rental at very low rates then you should ask yourself what sort of support service he can offer? Our fixed costs represent a realistic charge based on maintaining considerable resources of staff and equipment to support our customers. If others offer lower costs then perhaps you will be receiving a lower stand of service.

Can I return the equipment early ?

If you wish to return the equipment before the end of the agreed rental tenure this can be arranged. But in that case 50% of the remaining rental period will be charged.

Above criteria is applicable only for monthly rental contract.

For less than  a month contract no rebate will be given. 

Can I extend my rental duration?

Yes, you can extend the rental duration. You just have to contact us about 3- 5 days prior to the day of collection and inform us of the new collection date. We will then arrange collection for this revised date.

Is Renting expensive? ?

Rental is a competitive method of using funds. It is easier, faster and more convenient than borrowing money. Moreover, it allows your business to grow by freeing up working capital for general expenses, inventory and any unforeseen emergencies. Also updates you with the latest technologies. It increases your profitability by helping you to cut on your cost on un-wanted assets for short terms projects. Helps in reducing your AMC cost. It is definitely a very cost effective measure than buying products for temporary uses.

What IT equipment can I rent ?

Your first step should be to visit our website where you can find a wide range of the products we provide on rental basis. You can rent each and every product that we have in our Catalogue. You can rent Desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Servers, Storage, Printers,  Apple Products ranging from iMac, Macbook, etc

Can I customize the Product as per my choice?

For most of our Products we provide customisation. 32 Technologies may be unique in that, as we design and build many of our products ourselves. This flexibility allows us “custom design” or modify our products to meet many of our client’s requirements. Although there are a few Products that can’t be customised.

Can I rent for any period I choose?

You can rent any product for a Day, Week, Month and Yearly Basis.

32 Technologies specialize in renting for both short-term & long-term rental needs. The minimum rental is for one day going up to a year.

Some other Rental Agency is charging lower/ lesser cost than 32 Technologies

Cost might be higher because you are looking for high-quality products and good service here. Use our products once and compare them with anyone else at a lesser cost, you will certainly see that the quality of our products is a lot of notches above.

What to do if the rental equipment is totally broken / stolen from my end?

Where equipment has been stolen and/or damaged beyond repair then full replacement value of the goods will be charged to the customer.

Rental costs will be terminated as soon as you advise us, at which point payment is required for the equipment. If payment is not made then rental rates will continue until settlement is made in full.

No discount will be given to reflect any rental payment or age of equipment.

What if I don't see what I require?

If the product you need is not on the Website then please call us and speak to our executive.

In addition we are always looking to expand our product range so just because you do not see it does not mean we cannot provide it. Call us, let us know about your requirement, duration of the requirement and we will try and help.

Rental Process

Why do you need so much information for renting out products ?

 

We need all this information so that we can:-

  • Contact you even if one or two methods of contacting you doesn’t work.
  • Trust you, your company and it ensures that we have more confidence in the fact you actually exist and are a legitimate customer.
  • Safeguard our Company because unfortunately renting out highly attractive portable pieces of IT equipment makes us target for any number of illegal activities and individuals whose main aim is to relieve us of our equipment.

How long will it take to refund security deposit?

Once the refund is initiated, you'll receive the amount in your account within 1-2 hours.

What information do you require to provide a quotation?

In order to provide an accurate quotation we need:

  • Name, company, email, mobile number and other details.
  • Equipment requirements such as : Product / Specifications / Duration / Quantity.

 

What is the return policy?

All products at 32 Technologies pass through a series of stringent checks before being delivered to you. However, In the unlikely situation of receiving a damaged product, the product can be replaced.

How do I place an order?

To place rental order follow below steps

  • Provide us details of equipment required.
  • We provide you with quotation which includes rental cost and terms and condition
  • Once you confirm your order by email or on whatsapp
  • We do Delivery to your address.
  • Complete payment needs to be done on delivery.

How quickly can I get equipment delivered ?

Depending on your location and product, we can provide delivery within 12-48 hours

What is the process to initiate a refund for my security deposit?

We will pick up the product and do a complete quality check on the product . Post that we will initiate refund of security deposit.

 

My card was declined during the payment process. What do I do?

In case of a declined payment or any other technical error, the amount will be reversed to your account in 3-4 working days. Please use a different method of payment in case of repeated payment failure.

Where can I find more information on my monthly rental payments?

You can find all rental payments related information in Invoice provided by us.

There was a payment issue with my deposit. What do I do?

In case of a failed payment or any other technical error, the amount will be reversed back to your account within 3-4 working days. Please try alternative payment methods in case of repeated payment failure.

What are the available modes of payment?

What happens if I make a late payment?

Rentals must be paid before due date of every month. Additionally, we'll send you a payment reminder. 

Please note, delayed payment of monthly rentals beyond the due date shall attract late payment charges. Non-payment of monthly rental within 10 days from due date will result in terminations of service and removal of the product.

When do I pay for my first rental?

Rentals at 32 Technologies are simple and convenient.  

First rental invoice is generated when you take delivery of goods, which needs to be paid immediately.
