It was quite a smooth process in terms of delivery pick up and refund of security deposit was in real time. The laptop's speaker wasn't working but that was informed beforehand and before making any transaction. They're quite transparent which is rare.

Ease of booking, prompt and friendly staff. Led screen was up to the mark, clear communication, and going above and beyond with service, like delivery/pickup or quick problem-solving, making the experience smooth, efficient. Thanks for being a part of a team in making the event successful.

An awesome IT goods service, with a huge stock inside. I took a high end PC on rent from them, for 4K video editing. And the PC performed very well, without any inconveniences. Thank you.

Overall, my experience with them was very good. I booked a 55" TV for my wedding event, and the entire process went smoothly. They delivered everything on time and handled the setup professionally. At one point, I faced a small issue from my side, but their team was very supportive and helped me resolve it quickly without any hassle. Their behaviour was polite, and they coordinated everything properly, which made the whole experience stress-free for me. I would also suggest that anyone planning to set up a TV for an event should share all the required videos and details in advance with the technical team. This helps them prepare better and ensures that everything runs smoothly during the event.

Satisfactory service, as expected, end-to-end. Sundeep was forthcoming and helpful in making the setup happen. Nemai was instrumental in-person setup and termination.
