Overall, my experience with them was very good. I booked a 55" TV for my wedding event, and the entire process went smoothly. They delivered everything on time and handled the setup professionally. At one point, I faced a small issue from my side, but their team was very supportive and helped me resolve it quickly without any hassle. Their behaviour was polite, and they coordinated everything properly, which made the whole experience stress-free for me. I would also suggest that anyone planning to set up a TV for an event should share all the required videos and details in advance with the technical team. This helps them prepare better and ensures that everything runs smoothly during the event.

During this tumultuous period, the ability to remain accessible and keep working consistently and continuously given remote working and work away from office infrastructure was an extreme pressure. Equipment requirements were tough to meet with. However a solution and the best one at that came with the discovery of customized services provided by vss and its relentless staff.
