I was unsure if their services will be that good as I was travelling fro Mumbai and is difficult to match with Mumbai's services and professionalism. They are very good, the monitor I received was almost new, worked perfectly, no complains at all. Best are their services, people who attend the calls, who come to deliver and who track everything through messages - very professional. Would recommend to my friends and family

It was quite a smooth process in terms of delivery pick up and refund of security deposit was in real time. The laptop's speaker wasn't working but that was informed beforehand and before making any transaction. They're quite transparent which is rare.
