Superb experience with Vss especially thanks to Abhijit for his outstanding and splendid support followed by smooth assistance from Sandip too. I got this laptop in midst of corona outbreak when most of the doors for getting laptop were closed and price was too high. I found Vss to be trustworthy. It was quite a smooth process in terms of delivery pick up and refund of security deposit was in real time. The laptop's speaker wasn't working but that was informed beforehand and before making any transaction. They're quite transparent which is rare.
