Superb experience with Vss especially thanks to Abhijit for his outstanding and splendid support followed by smooth assistance from Sandip too. I got this laptop in midst of corona outbreak when most of the doors for getting laptop were closed and price was too high. I found Vss to be trustworthy. Overall, my experience with them was very good. I booked a 55" TV for my wedding event, and the entire process went smoothly. They delivered everything on time and handled the setup professionally. At one point, I faced a small issue from my side, but their team was very supportive and helped me resolve it quickly without any hassle. Their behaviour was polite, and they coordinated everything properly, which made the whole experience stress-free for me. I would also suggest that anyone planning to set up a TV for an event should share all the required videos and details in advance with the technical team. This helps them prepare better and ensures that everything runs smoothly during the event.
