I got this laptop in midst of corona outbreak when most of the doors for getting laptop were closed and price was too high. I found Vss to be trustworthy. I was unsure if their services will be that good as I was travelling fro Mumbai and is difficult to match with Mumbai's services and professionalism. They are very good, the monitor I received was almost new, worked perfectly, no complains at all.
